The Britsh Standard allows an upward tolerance of 1/64 inch for Fillet Depth, Head Diameter & Depth.
No tolerances are specified for Fillet Angle or Shank Length.
It is normal to have a radius under the head, but no dimensions are specified.
BS 425 refers to "60° Fillet" as "cone chamfer under the head".
