There is no positive tolerance on Head Diameter and no negative tolerance on Shank Length.
Shank Length has a positive tolerance
according to IT14 from ISO 286-2 (+0.25 to +0.52 depending on actual length).
It is normal to have a radius under the head.
DIN 674 is the same as BS 641 Table 3, but with differing tolerances.
